The club will have a stand again, to use as a filming base, attract new members and show the public what we do.

Walronds Restoration

 

Walronds is a classic Tudor Town House in Cullompton High Street.
After many years of neglect, this terraced building is now in some danger of collapse, and the large garden at the rear of the property has become an abandoned wilderness.

A group of concerned local residents has formed a Trust, and has been successful in securing substantial funding to enable the building to be stabilised and restored. Similar funds have also been obtained to restore the gardens.

We have been invited to create a video record of the process, from the building in its current dilapidated state, through the whole of the (2-year?) restoration process.

Grand Western Canal Country Park

 

The club is assisting the Ranger service in the gathering of video imagery to be used in a display system in the new Visitor Interpretation Centre at Tiverton Basin (currently under construction Jan 2012 - May 2012).
The display will illustrate typical usage of the park, maintenance activities, wildlife and its historical context
